What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charge for orders within Kathmandu Valley is Rs.105. However, customers can enjoy free delivery if their order amount is above Rs.1000.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We offers multiple payment methods to provide convenience and flexibility to our customers. These payment methods include cash on delivery (COD), mobile banking, eSewa, QR payment, and Khalti.

Customers within Kathmandu valley can use all these payment methods, including COD. However, for customers outside the valley, COD is not available as a payment option.

How long will delivery take?

We offer convenient and efficient delivery options for our customers. If you place your order before 10 am, we guarantee same-day delivery for locations within Kathmandu Valley. This means that you can expect to receive your order on the same day that you place it.

For locations outside of Kathmandu Valley, we strive to deliver your order within 2-3 business days after payment is completed. We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers, and we work hard to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible.
